2020-08-20ARM: s3c: move into a common directoryArnd Bergmann
s3c24xx and s3c64xx have a lot in common, but are split across three separate directories, which makes the interaction of the header files more complicated than necessary. Move all three directories into a new mach-s3c, with a minimal set of changes to each file. 2020-08-20ARM: s3c24xx: include mach/irqs.h where neededArnd Bergmann
Preparing for a later conversion to sparse IRQs, this ensures that the mach/irqs.h header is still visible in files that reference an IRQ number. 2020-08-17ARM: s3c: remove plat-samsung/.../samsung-time.hKrzysztof Kozlowski
Remove the arch/arm/plat-samsung/include/plat/samsung-time.h header and move the contents to common.h headers in mach-s3c24xx and mach-s3c64xx. The definition of declared functions is already in common.c in mach directories, so it is logically to put declaration next to them. This is also one step further towards removal of plat-samsung directory and it fixes W=1 build warnings: arch/arm/mach-s3c64xx/common.c:174:13: warning: no previous prototype for 'samsung_set_timer_source' [-Wmissing-prototypes] arch/arm/mach-s3c64xx/common.c:180:13: warning: no previous prototype for 'samsung_timer_init' [-Wmissing-prototypes] Signed-off-by: Krzysztof Kozlowski <krzk@kernel.org> Reviewed-by: Tomasz Figa <tomasz.figa@gmail.com>
2020-08-17clk: samsung: s3c24xx: declare s3c24xx_common_clk_init() in shared headerKrzysztof Kozlowski
The s3c2410_common_clk_init() and others are defined and used by the clk-s3c24xx driver and also used in the mach-s3c24xx machine code. Move the declaration to a header to fix W=1 build warnings: drivers/clk/samsung/clk-s3c2410.c:320:13: warning: no previous prototype for 's3c2410_common_clk_init' [-Wmissing-prototypes] 320 | void __init s3c2410_common_clk_init(struct device_node *np, unsigned long xti_f, drivers/clk/samsung/clk-s3c2412.c:205:13: warning: no previous prototype for 's3c2412_common_clk_init' [-Wmissing-prototypes] 205 | void __init s3c2412_common_clk_init(struct device_node *np, unsigned long xti_f, drivers/clk/samsung/clk-s3c2443.c:341:13: warning: no previous prototype for 's3c2443_common_clk_init' [-Wmissing-prototypes] 341 | void __init s3c2443_common_clk_init(struct device_node *np, unsigned long xti_f, Signed-off-by: Krzysztof Kozlowski <krzk@kernel.org> Acked-by: Chanwoo Choi <cw00.choi@samsung.com> Reviewed-by: Stephen Boyd <sboyd@kernel.org>
2018-01-03ARM: S3C24XX: Add SPDX license identifiersKrzysztof Kozlowski
Replace GPL license statements with SPDX license identifiers (GPL-2.0 and GPL-2.0+). The h1940-bluetooth.c was licensed under GPL-1.0. This also adds GPL-2.0 to few files lacking license statement. Signed-off-by: Krzysztof Kozlowski <krzk@kernel.org>
2014-09-14ARM: S3C24XX: remove separate restart codeHeiko Stuebner
The restart-handler series from Guenter Roeck got accepted recently and implements among other things also the restart handler in the samsung watchdog driver and where applicable in the clock drivers. So there is no need for having the restart callbacks in s3c24xx boards anymore. Signed-off-by: Heiko Stuebner <heiko@sntech.de> Signed-off-by: Kukjin Kim <kgene.kim@samsung.com>
2014-05-13ARM: S3C24XX: remove legacy clock codeHeiko Stuebner
With the move to the common clock framework completed for s3c2410, s3c2440 and s3c2442, the legacy clock code for these machines can go away too. This also includes the legacy dclk code, as all legacy users are converted. 2014-05-13ARM: S3C24XX: add platform code for conversion to the common clock frameworkHeiko Stuebner
This adds the necessary init functions to init the clocks from the common clock framework and necessary CONFIG_SAMSUNG_CLOCK ifdefs around the legacy clock code. This also includes empty stubs for the *_setup_clocks functions that are called from the cpufreq driver on resume. 2014-05-13ARM: S3C24XX: enable usage of common dclk if common clock framework is enabledHeiko Stuebner
Add platform device and select the correct implementation automatically depending on wether the old samsung_clock or the common clock framework is enabled. This is only done for machines already using the old dclk implementation, as everybody else should move to use dt anyway. The machine-specific settings for the external clocks will have to be set by somebody with knowledge about the specific hardware. 2013-10-21ARM: S3C24XX: add dma pdata for s3c2410, s3c2440 and s3c2442Heiko Stuebner
s3c2410 and s3c2442 share the same dma channels while s3c2440 has slight differences. But on all three the reachable sources per dma channel has constraints attached and thus encodes the usable combinations using the S3C24XX_DMA_CHANREQ macro. This also fixes the warning about s3c2410_dma_resource being unused as reported by Olof Johansson. 2013-03-07ARM: S3C24XX: move s3c24xx_init_irq to s3c2410_init_irqHeiko Stuebner
The s3c24xx_init_irq function that was the base for all irq inits is now only used to initialize the real s3c2410 irqs. Therefore rename it and also move its declaration from plat/cpu.h to common.h The eint declaration is used by the vast majority of the SoCs and gets therefore placed outside any ifdefs.
