tools/bpf: add two BPF_TASK_FD_QUERY tests in test_progs
The new tests are added to query perf_event information for raw_tracepoint and tracepoint attachment. For tracepoint, both syscalls and non-syscalls tracepoints are queries as they are treated slightly differently inside the kernel.
