selftests: kvm: add a SVM version of state-test
The test is similar to the existing one for VMX, but simpler because we don't have to test shadow VMCS or vmptrld/vmptrst/vmclear. Signed-off-by: Paolo Bonzini <pbonzini@redhat.com>
