Merge branch 'perf-urgent-for-linus' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/tip/tip
Pull perf fixes from Ingo Molnar:
"This includes perf namespace support kernel side fixes, plus an
accumulated set of perf tooling fixes - including UAPI header
synchronization that should make the perf build less noisy"
