btrfs: make success path out of btrfs_init_dev_replace_tgtdev more clear

With this guarantee, the callers can be simplified. Reviewed-by: Anand Jain <anand.jain@oracle.com> Signed-off-by: David Sterba <dsterba@suse.com>
