Merge tag 'for-linus-4.2-rc5-tag' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/xen/tip
Pull xen bug fixes from David Vrabel:
- don't lose interrupts when offlining CPUs
- fix gntdev oops during unmap
- drop the balloon lock occasionally to allow domain create/destroy
