staging: unisys: visorbus: remove postcodes in visorbus_init
Remove the POSTCODES in visorbus_init. Since there are no more POSTCODES
in visorbus_main.c we can remove the reference to the vmcallinterface
header file.
No need for vmcallinterface in visorbus_main.c
