net: sxgbe: add basic framework for Samsung 10Gb ethernet driver
This patch adds support for Samsung 10Gb ethernet driver(sxgbe).
- sxgbe core initialization
- Tx and Rx support
- MDIO support
- ISRs for Tx and Rx
- ifconfig support to driver
