dmaengine: pl330: Remove the burst limit for quirk 'NO-FLUSHP'
There is no reason to limit the performance on the 'NO-FLUSHP' SoCs,
because 'FLUSHP' instruction is broken on these platforms, so remove
the limit to improve the efficiency.
