Merge tag 'xtensa-20190510' of git://github.com/jcmvbkbc/linux-xtensa
Pull xtensa updates from Max Filippov:
- implement atomic operations using exclusive access Xtensa option
operations
- add support for Xtensa cores with memory protection unit (MPU)
