Merge branch 'kvm-ppc-infrastructure' into kvm-ppc-next
This merges the topic branch 'kvm-ppc-infrastructure' into kvm-ppc-next
so that I can then apply further patches that need the changes in the
kvm-ppc-infrastructure branch.
