ARCv2: intc: IDU: support irq affinity
With this nsim standlone / OSCI have working irq affinity - AXS103 still needs some work as IDU is not visible in intc hierarchy yet ! Signed-off-by: Vineet Gupta <vgupta@synopsys.com>
