dt-bindings: mmc: add DT binding for S3C24XX MMC/SD/SDIO controller
Adds the device tree bindings description for Samsung S3C24XX
MMC/SD/SDIO controller, used as a connectivity interface with external
MMC, SD and SDIO storage mediums.
