net: dsa: microchip: remove NET_DSA_TAG_KSZ_COMMON
Remove the superfluous NET_DSA_TAG_KSZ_COMMON and just use the existing
NET_DSA_TAG_KSZ. Update the description to mention the three switch
families it supports. No functional change.
