nfp: parse crypto opcode TLV
Parse TLV containing a bitmask of supported crypto operations. The TLV contains a capability bitmask (supported operations) and enabled bitmask. Each operation describes the crypto protocol quite exhaustively (protocol, AEAD, direction).
