2008-10-14telechips usb: not ready for use but, something is working, needs improvement.Vitja Makarov
git-svn-id: svn://svn.rockbox.org/rockbox/trunk@18806 a1c6a512-1295-4272-9138-f99709370657
2008-09-22Trivial changes to make the main Rockbox builds for the Sansa m200 and Logik ↵Dave Chapman
DAX ports compile. Note that some codecs are currently disabled (due to lowmem on these targets), but that needs more work and analysis to decide how much RAM we want to allocate to codecs. git-svn-id: svn://svn.rockbox.org/rockbox/trunk@18566 a1c6a512-1295-4272-9138-f99709370657

2008-09-16Commit fs#9404 (iAudio 7 updates by vitja). Also fixes play/pause behaviour ↵Rob Purchase
on D2. git-svn-id: svn://svn.rockbox.org/rockbox/trunk@18528 a1c6a512-1295-4272-9138-f99709370657
2008-09-06Initial commit of iaudio 7 port by Vitja Makarov (FS#9245). Port is at ↵Dave Chapman
quite an advanced stage, but is troubled by the lack of a reliable NAND driver (similar to the Cowon D2 port) and is not yet suitable for non-developers. git-svn-id: svn://svn.rockbox.org/rockbox/trunk@18435 a1c6a512-1295-4272-9138-f99709370657
2008-07-12Make the TCC780x NAND driver also build for 77x targets. This is ↵Rob Purchase
work-in-progress stuff and does not yet work fully on 77x, but it's a step in the right direction. Also replace some magic numbers with #defines. git-svn-id: svn://svn.rockbox.org/rockbox/trunk@18019 a1c6a512-1295-4272-9138-f99709370657

2008-07-06Fix a few dead references in the manual and add an 's' where one was missing.Marc Guay

2008-06-28Updated our source code header to explicitly mention that we are GPL v2 orDaniel Stenberg
later. We still need to hunt down snippets used that are not. 1324 modified files... http://www.rockbox.org/mail/archive/rockbox-dev-archive-2008-06/0060.shtml git-svn-id: svn://svn.rockbox.org/rockbox/trunk@17847 a1c6a512-1295-4272-9138-f99709370657
2008-06-23FS#9051 - remove LCD margins... use viewports if you need them...Jonathan Gordon
NOTE to WPS people.... %m has been removed, but (i think) because of the other %m tags it wont fail if you try loading a wps with %m|..|, it will just be ignored. Also note that if the statusbar is enabled the default viewport is 8 pixels shorter than when its not, i.e (0,0) is really (0,8) if the statusbar is shown... I dont think this will be a major issue because almost no WPS show the bar and use bitmaps... text only WPS shouldnt be affected. Please report problem screens in http://forums.rockbox.org/index.php?topic=17358.0 git-svn-id: svn://svn.rockbox.org/rockbox/trunk@17763 a1c6a512-1295-4272-9138-f99709370657
2008-06-21Hopefully update the keywords. Thanks bluebrother.Marc Guay

2008-06-21Add the Sansa c100 as a build target with basic drivers.Marc Guay
git-svn-id: svn://svn.rockbox.org/rockbox/trunk@17742 a1c6a512-1295-4272-9138-f99709370657
2008-05-03Convert the TCC77x ADC driver to use interrupts - based on the technique ↵Dave Chapman
used in the SH ADC driver. git-svn-id: svn://svn.rockbox.org/rockbox/trunk@17311 a1c6a512-1295-4272-9138-f99709370657
2008-05-02Add the Sansa M200 (v1) as a target - it's extremely similar to the Logik ↵Dave Chapman
DAX (the LCD driver worked unchanged). Plus various tcc77x work, including a working tick interrupt (enabled in the bootloader). Rockbox itself builds for the M200 (there are no keymaps yet for the DAX), but doesn't progress very far due to the lack of an ATA (NAND flash) driver. git-svn-id: svn://svn.rockbox.org/rockbox/trunk@17306 a1c6a512-1295-4272-9138-f99709370657
2008-04-29Make sure the linker considers crt0*.o before all files specified on the ↵Jens Arnold
command line by using STARTUP() instead of INPUT() in the .lds. Using INPUT() makes the linker process crt0*.o after all files specified on the command line, making linking fail if there are librockbox.a members which are only referenced by crt0*.o. Remove the hackaround that was needed for building the gigabeat S bootloader before (aka UIE() problem). git-svn-id: svn://svn.rockbox.org/rockbox/trunk@17289 a1c6a512-1295-4272-9138-f99709370657
2008-04-27Move the Telechips TCC77x SSD1815 LCD driver up a level in the target tree - ↵Dave Chapman
it isn't specific to the DAX. git-svn-id: svn://svn.rockbox.org/rockbox/trunk@17253 a1c6a512-1295-4272-9138-f99709370657
2008-03-27split boot.lds and move it into the target treeMarcoen Hirschberg
git-svn-id: svn://svn.rockbox.org/rockbox/trunk@16855 a1c6a512-1295-4272-9138-f99709370657
2008-03-24Consistent naming scheme the various blit functions. * Removed ↵Jens Arnold
lcd_blit_mono() for colour targets. Plugin API became incompatible, so sort, clean up & bump. * Implemented lcd_blit_mono() for M3. git-svn-id: svn://svn.rockbox.org/rockbox/trunk@16775 a1c6a512-1295-4272-9138-f99709370657
2007-11-12Hardware controlled backlight brightness for iPod Video and Nano, retaining ↵Jens Arnold
the software PWM fade in/ fade out. * Backlight handling cleanup, getting rid of one layer of 'lowlevelness'. * Use atomic GPIO bit manipulation for PP502x backlight handling. git-svn-id: svn://svn.rockbox.org/rockbox/trunk@15599 a1c6a512-1295-4272-9138-f99709370657
2007-11-01Button driver for Logik DAX, plus some changes to the debug info displayed ↵Dave Chapman
in the bootloader build. git-svn-id: svn://svn.rockbox.org/rockbox/trunk@15396 a1c6a512-1295-4272-9138-f99709370657
2007-10-28Initial work on a port to the Logik DAX 1GB MP3/DAB player. The bootloader ↵Dave Chapman
build compiles and runs (but only displays some debugging info), and the LCD and ADC drivers are working. Two different bootloader builds are possible: 1) The default build is just a test application for uploading to the device via tcctool; 2) Adding -DTCCBOOT to EXTRA_DEFINES in the build directory Makefile will compile the bootloader so that it can be appended to the end of the original firmware and installed on the device, dual-booting. This commit also includes some work by Hein-Pieter van Braam on a port to the iAudio 7, but that doesn't build yet. A large part of these ports will be generic to all TCC77x devices - see the TelechipsInfo wiki page for some other devices with this CPU. NOTE: Compiling these builds requires an arm-elf-gcc with armv5 support - the current version of rockboxdev.sh compiles such a gcc. git-svn-id: svn://svn.rockbox.org/rockbox/trunk@15339 a1c6a512-1295-4272-9138-f99709370657
