We can't pop into pc on ARMv4t when using thumb: the T bit won't be
modified if we are returning to a thumb function
Code running on ARMv4t should use the new ldrpc / ldmpc macros instead
of ldr pc, [sp], #4 and ldm(cond) sp!, {regs, pc}
No modification on pure ARM builds and ARMv5+
Note: USE_THUMB is currently never defined, no targets can currently be
built with -mthumb, see FS#6734

compatible here, so define the PP5022 targets properly, and introduce a CPU_PP502x macro for easier family check. Improves stability on PP5020 (less freezing, tested with Mini G1) and reduces clock change penalty (500us on PP5020; uses the relock bit on PP5022).

PP5020/5021/5022 targets atm. PP5002 seems to have problems with it not directly related to the asm code itself, and the gigabeat doesn't profit from it, probably because the CPU isn't the bottleneck even without optimisation.
