From 9cc07df4b548fce9f29aaf27e51b8b5ccefa2cd9 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Mauro Carvalho Chehab Date: Tue, 16 May 2017 21:58:47 -0300 Subject: preempt-locking.txt: standardize document format Each text file under Documentation follows a different format. Some doesn't even have titles! Change its representation to follow the adopted standard, using ReST markups for it to be parseable by Sphinx: - mark titles; - mark literal blocks; - adjust identation where needed; - use :Author: for authorship.
