This follows the sparc changes a439fe51a1f8eb087c22dd24d69cebae4a3addac.
Most of the moving about was done with Sam's directions at:
http://marc.info/?l=linux-sh&m=121724823706062&w=2
with subsequent hacking and fixups entirely my fault.

This consolidates everything but the bare assembly routines, which we
will sync up in a follow-up patch.

This patch changes copy_from_user() and copy_to_user() from macros
into static inline functions. This way we can use them as function
pointers. Also unify the 64 bit and 32 bit versions.

When the thread_info->addr_limit changes were introduced, __access_ok()
was missed in the conversion, allowing user processes to perform P1/P2
accesses under certain conditions.
This has already been corrected with the nommu refactoring in later
kernels.

This adds in some more __user annotations. These weren't being
handled properly in some of the __get_user and __put_user paths,
so tidy those up.

Drop TIF_USERSPACE and add addr_limit to the thread_info struct.
Subsequently, use that for address checking in strnlen_user() to
ward off bogus -EFAULTs.
Make __strnlen_user() return 0 on exception, rather than -EFAULT.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.
Let it rip!
