Use the current logging styles.
Make sure all output has a prefix.
Add missing newlines.
Remove now unnecessary PFX, NAME, and miscellaneous other #defines.
Coalesce formats.

module_param(bool) used to counter-intuitively take an int. In
fddd5201 (mid-2009) we allowed bool or int/unsigned int using a messy
trick.
It's time to remove the int/unsigned int option. For this version
it'll simply give a warning, but it'll break next kernel version.

Watchdog support for Fintek F71862fg Super-I/O added.
Two different hardware reset pins of the F71862fg chip can be configured
by an additional module parameter.
