This patch adds the basic infrastructure and a few stub drivers for
devices that are connected via I2C busses. The infrastructure will
be used to replace and extend the support that is scattered
throughout viafb. The stub drivers are not very useful yet but they
show how the infrastructure works, provide information about the
chips integrated into a system and maybe gather some testers as it
would be very difficult for a single person to get a sane test
environment.
The only thing this actually does is probing the I2C busses which
will hopefully not cause any regressions.

This patch is a huge move operation with some rename and introduces
an interface to still use the functions. This should be a step in
the right direction to reuse the code whenever possible but cleanly
separate code that differs on different platform and keeping the
complexity as low as possible.
pll_config was renamed to via_pll_config to keep the naming scheme.

This patch merges tbl1636 into vt1636 and cleans it up as the data was
only used there anyway. No runtime changes are expected.

viafb: move some modesetting functions to a seperate file
This patch moves the modesetting functions which are already cleaned up
to a seperate file.
Just the beginning to bring some structure in this mess.

This is a simple gpiolib driver giving access to the GPIO lines in the
VIA framebuffer system. A simple mechanism exists for switching lines
between GPIO and I2C, but it's only compile-time for now.

The first step toward turning viafb into a multifunction driver. This
patch creates a new via-core.c file which serves as the main PCI driver;
everything else comes below that. Some work has been done to rationalize
the i2c drivers in this new scheme.
