A platform_driver does not need to set an owner, it will be populated by the
driver core.

This regulator is used for system IO and is fixed to 1.8V. Let's give
consumers the option to fetch the voltage level.

Even if bus is not hot-pluggable, the devices can be unbound from the
driver via sysfs, so we should not be using __exit annotations on
remove() methods. The only exception is drivers registered with
platform_driver_probe() which specifically disables sysfs bind/unbind
attributes.

Now the MFD API is Device Tree aware we can use it for platform
registration again, even when booting with DT enabled. To aid in
Device Node pointer allocation we provide each cell with the
associative compatible string.

The 'name' field in 'struct of_regulator_match' expects to match with
its corresponding regulator device node in the Device Tree. This patch
renames each of the regulators in the db8500-prcum regulator driver so
this is true.

Here we use the previous regulator register code separated from probe to
register each of the regulators mentioned in Device Tree.

This will provide us with a convenient way to register regulators when
booting with Device Tree both enabled & disabled and will save us a
great deal of code duplication in time.

Rather than adding new arguments to regulator_register() every time we
want to add a new bit of dynamic information at runtime change the function
to take these via a struct. By doing this we avoid needing to do further
changes like the recent addition of device tree support which required each
regulator driver to be updated to take an additional parameter.
The regulator_desc which should (mostly) be static data is still passed
separately as most drivers are able to configure this statically at build
time.

As we progress with DB5500 and future voltage domain regulators
based on very similar hardware as found in the DB8500 PRCMU,
it makes sense to split off the generic parts and introduce
some generic debug code for the DBx500 regulators. This patch
accoplish a basic abstraction of the DBx500 voltage domain
regulators.

With device tree support for regulators, its needed that the
regulator_dev->dev device has the right of_node attached.
To be able to do this add an additional parameter to the
regulator_register() api, wherein the dt-adapted driver can
then pass this additional info onto the regulator core.

Now that we have a shared API between the DB8500 and DB5500
PRCMU's, switch to using this neutral API instead. We delete the
parts of db8500-prcmu.h that is now PRCMU-neutral, and calls will
be diverted to respective driver. Common registers are in
dbx500-prcmu-regs.h and common accessors and defines in
<linux/mfd/dbx500-prcmu.h> This way we get a a lot more
abstraction and code reuse.

With the addition of a platform device mfd_cell pointer, MFD drivers
can go back to passing platform data back to their sub drivers.
This allows for an mfd_cell->mfd_data removal and thus keep the
sub drivers MFD agnostic. This is mostly needed for non MFD aware
sub drivers.

The DB8500 has ePOD:s (electronic power domains) which are possible
to switch on/off to deactivate silicon blocks on the DB8500 SoC
by cutting their power without retention. We model these as simple
regulators with one bit on/off settings.
