2013-12-09mwifiex: fix rx_pending count imbalanceUjjal Roy
RX packets are handled in different paths. Not all paths have decrement of rx_pending counter. This patch fixes the counter imbalance. Signed-off-by: Ujjal Roy <royujjal@gmail.com> Signed-off-by: Bing Zhao <bzhao@marvell.com> Signed-off-by: John W. Linville <linville@tuxdriver.com>
2013-12-09mwifiex: avoid using variable name eth_hdrBing Zhao
eth_hdr is defined in kernel. Use a different variable name in our functions. Signed-off-by: Bing Zhao <bzhao@marvell.com> Signed-off-by: John W. Linville <linville@tuxdriver.com>
2013-12-09mwifiex: fix an issue with Appletalk devicesAmitkumar Karwar
SNAP/LLC header in the AARP packet is being stripped off while preparing an EthernetII header. Annex M, Table M.3 in 802.11 spec says that some header (ex. AppleTalk AARP(2)) should pass through untouched. This patch modifies the check to exclude/include EthernetII header translation for special cases. 2013-08-26mwifiex: drop gratuitous ARP framesAvinash Patil
This patch adds support for dropping gratuitous ARP frames which is requirement for WFA Hotspot2.0. Hotspot2.0 capability is enabled in driver if extended capabilities IE from BSS descriptor has 11u interworking enabled. 2012-10-29mwifiex: rx path enhancement to derive priv only onceAvinash Patil
We derive mwifiex_private structure which is per interface from received skb's rx_info. Once priv is derived, same priv can be propagated to other functions instead of callee deriving priv from rx_info again. 2012-08-06mwifiex: do le_to_cpu conversion for Rx packet header elementsAmitkumar Karwar
We do similar conversion for Tx packet header but it was missing for Rx packet header. Without this fix, Rx packet header won't be correctly parsed on big endian platform. 2012-01-24mwifiex: use bss_type and bss_num to retrieve privYogesh Ashok Powar
Current implementation, for retrieving priv from adapter, uses bss_index. In multi interface environment supporting different types, bss_index may not be unique. Use bss_type along with bss_num to retrieve the priv. bss_index is removed with this change. 2011-06-22mwifiex: remove casts of void pointersAmitkumar Karwar
In some cases local pointers are used to cast void pointers passed to the function. Those unnecessary local pointers are also removed. This patch was inspired by Joe Perches' patch [PATCH net-next 1/2] wireless: Remove casts of void *; and the comments from Julian Calaby. 2011-05-16mwifiex: use ieee80211_amsdu_to_8023s routineYogesh Ashok Powar
