hw code will be shared between ath9k and ath9k_htc.
Just a few more files are left to clean up, mark them as well.

ath9k uses this for now, ath9k_htc is expected to re-use this
as well. We lave ath5k as is, but it certainly can also be
converted later.
The ath9k module parameter and debugfs entry is kept.

Make use of it on hw code in ath9k to avoid
using the ath9k ath_softc.

DPRINTF() is used in hw specific related code, as such
ensure we don't rely on the private driver core ath_softc
struct when calling it. Drivers can then implement their
own DPRINTF() as they see fit.

When processing MIB interrupts, OFDM and CCK error
handling routines for low RSSI values have to be invoked
only when the channel mode is 11G/11B. Since HT channels
will also fall under the bands 2Ghz/5Ghz, check appropriately.

Other than ns_avgbrssi (Average beacon rssi) no data of
ath9k_node_stats is being used anywhere. Nuke this structure
and move its only useful member to ar5416Anistate. Also cleanup
this redundant data in ath_softc.

During initialization ath9k tends to use "attach" to when we
initialize hardware due to the fact we used to attach a "HAL".
The notion of a HAL is long gone, so lets just be clear on what
we are doing.

For AP mode we must tune ANI specially for 2 GHz and
for 5 GHz. We mask in only the flags we want to toggle
on ath9k_hw_ani_control() through the ah->ani_function
bitmask, this will take care of ignoring changes during
ANI reset which we were disabling before.
