The toshiba drivers had celleb as an optional dependency.
celleb has been dropped [1], so clean that out of Kconfig.

This patch removes the spider_net_get_mac_address() call at the end of
the spider_net_set_mac() function. The dev->dev_addr is instead updated
with a memcpy() from sa->sa_data.
Since spider_net_get_mac_address() is not used anywhere else, this patch
also removes the function.

We should prefer `struct pci_device_id` over `DEFINE_PCI_DEVICE_TABLE` to
meet kernel coding style guidelines. This issue was reported by checkpatch.

Replace dev_kfree_skb with dev_consume_skb_any in
spider_net_release_tx_chain which can be called in hard irq and other
contexts.
dev_consume_skb_any was choosen as it preserves the current
dev_kfree_skb semantics (dev_kfree_skb is consume_skb) and
is because it is correct most of the time as most packets
will have been successfully transmitted not dropeed.

Processing any incoming packets with a with a napi budget of 0
is incorrect driver behavior.
This matters as netpoll will shortly call drivers with a budget of 0
to avoid receive packet processing happening in hard irq context.

None of these files are actually using any __init type directives
and hence don't need to include <linux/init.h>. Most are just a
left over from __devinit and __cpuinit removal, or simply due to
code getting copied from one driver to the next.
This covers everything under drivers/net except for wireless, which
has been submitted separately.

Instead of open-coding the PHY reset through MII BMCR, use phy_init_hw()
which does that for us and also makes sure that any PHY specific fixups
are applied.

The driver core clears the driver data to NULL after device_release
or on probe failure. Thus, it is not needed to manually clear the

There are a mix of function prototypes with and without extern
in the kernel sources. Standardize on not using extern for
function prototypes.
Function prototypes don't need to be written with extern.
extern is assumed by the compiler. Its use is as unnecessary as
using auto to declare automatic/local variables in a block.

Since commit 82dc3c63 ("net: introduce NAPI_POLL_WEIGHT")
netif_napi_add() produces an error message if a NAPI poll weight
greater than 64 is requested.
GELIC_NET_NAPI_WEIGHT is defined to GELIC_NET_RX_DESCRIPTORS,
which is 128.
Use the standard NAPI weight.

Rename the hardware VLAN acceleration features to include "CTAG" to indicate
that they only support CTAGs. Follow up patches will introduce 802.1ad
server provider tagging (STAGs) and require the distinction for hardware not
supporting acclerating both.

The flags argument of the phy_{attach,connect,connect_direct} functions
is then used to assign a struct phy_device dev_flags with its value.
All callers but the tg3 driver pass the flag 0, which results in the
underlying PHY drivers in drivers/net/phy/ not being able to actually
use any of the flags they would set in dev_flags. This patch gets rid of
the flags argument, and passes phydev->dev_flags to the internal PHY
library call phy_attach_direct() such that drivers which actually modify
a phy device dev_flags get the value preserved for use by the underlying
phy driver.

Use strlcpy where possible to ensure the string is \0 terminated.
Use always sizeof(string) instead of 32, ETHTOOL_BUSINFO_LEN
and custom defines.

The __dev* removal patches for the network drivers ended up messing up
the function prototypes for a bunch of drivers. This patch fixes all of
them back up to be properly aligned.
Bonus is that this almost removes 100 lines of code, always a nice
surprise.

The include file linux/ieee80211.h contains three definitions for
the same thing in enum ieee80211_eid due to historic changes:

The standard refers to this as "vendor specific" element so the
other two definitions are better not used. This patch changes the
wireless drivers to use one definition, ie. WLAN_EID_VENDOR_SPECIFIC.

which are connected to the internal PCI controller.
And JMR3927 MIPS board has a TC35815 chip on board.
These dependencies were lost on movement to drivers/net/ethernet/toshiba.

Based on finds for Stephen Rothwell, where current defconfig's
enable a ethernet driver and it is not compiled due to the newly
added NET_VENDOR_* component of Kconfig.
This patch enables all the "new" Kconfig options so that current
defconfig's will continue to compile the expected drivers. In
addition, by enabling all the new Kconfig options does not add
any un-expected options.

Since sungem_phy is used by multiple, unrelated, drivers make it
build as a real module under drivers/net.
depmod will pick up the symbol dependency and make sure sungem_phy.ko
gets loaded any time sungem.ko or spider_net.ko is loaded.
