CONFIG_HOTPLUG is going away as an option. As result the __dev*
markings will be going away.
Remove use of __devinit, __devexit_p, __devinitdata, __devinitconst,
and __devexit.

The include file linux/ieee80211.h contains three definitions for
the same thing in enum ieee80211_eid due to historic changes:
/* Information Element IDs */
enum ieee80211_eid {
:
WLAN_EID_WPA = 221,
WLAN_EID_GENERIC = 221,
WLAN_EID_VENDOR_SPECIFIC = 221,
:
};
The standard refers to this as "vendor specific" element so the
other two definitions are better not used. This patch changes the
wireless drivers to use one definition, ie. WLAN_EID_VENDOR_SPECIFIC.

Use the new bool function ether_addr_equal to add
some clarity and reduce the likelihood for misuse
of compare_ether_addr for sorting.
Done via cocci script:

alloc failures use dump_stack so emitting an additional
out-of-memory message is an unnecessary duplication.
Remove the allocation failure messages.
