Add a property to keep the analog calibration cell powered.
This feature is specific to the Microchip SDHCI IP and outside
of the standard SDHCI register map.
By always keeping it on, after a full reset sequence, we make sure
that this feature is activated and not disabled.
We expose a hardware property to the DT as this feature can be used
to adapt SDHCI behavior vs. how the SDCAL SoC pin is connected
on the board.
Note that managing properly this property would reduce
power consumption on some SAMA5D2 SiP revisions.

HS200 is not implemented in the driver, but the controller claims it
through caps. Remove it via a quirk, to make sure the mmc core do not try

The SD host controller specification defines 3 types software reset:
software reset for data line, software reset for command line and software
reset for all. Software reset for all means this reset affects the entire
Host controller except for the card detection circuit.
In sdhci_runtime_resume_host() we always do a software "reset for all",
which causes the Spreadtrum variant controller to work abnormally after
resuming. To fix the problem, let's do a software reset for the data and
the command part, rather than "for all".
However, as sdhci_runtime_resume() is a common sdhci function and we don't
want to change the behaviour for other variants, let's introduce a new
in-parameter for it. This enables the caller to decide if a "reset for all"
shall be done or not.

This adds deepest (Backup+Self-Refresh) PM support to the ATMEL SAMA5D2
SoC's SDHCI controller.
When resuming from deepest state, it is required to restore preset
registers as the registers are lost since VDD core has been shut down
when entering deepest state on the SAMA5D2. The clocks need to be
reconfigured as well.
The other registers and init process are taken care of by the SDHCI
core.

The spin lock is not necessary in set_ios. Anything that is racing with
changes to the I/O state is already broken. The mmc core already provides

The SDHCI controller in the SAMA5D2 chip requires a valid voltage set
in the power control register, otherwise commands will fail with a
timeout error.
When using the regulator framework to specify the regulator used by the
mmc device, the voltage is not configured, and it is not possible to use
the connected device.
Implement a custom 'set_power' function for this specific hardware, that
configures the voltage in the register in all cases.

If the driver is built as a module, autoload won't work because the module

Most users of IS_ERR_VALUE() in the kernel are wrong, as they
pass an 'int' into a function that takes an 'unsigned long'
argument. This happens to work because the type is sign-extended
on 64-bit architectures before it gets converted into an
unsigned type.
However, anything that passes an 'unsigned short' or 'unsigned int'
argument into IS_ERR_VALUE() is guaranteed to be broken, as are
8-bit integers and types that are wider than 'unsigned long'.
Andrzej Hajda has already fixed a lot of the worst abusers that
were causing actual bugs, but it would be nice to prevent any
users that are not passing 'unsigned long' arguments.
This patch changes all users of IS_ERR_VALUE() that I could find
on 32-bit ARM randconfig builds and x86 allmodconfig. For the
moment, this doesn't change the definition of IS_ERR_VALUE()
because there are probably still architecture specific users
elsewhere.
Almost all the warnings I got are for files that are better off
using 'if (err)' or 'if (err < 0)'.
The only legitimate user I could find that we get a warning for
is the (32-bit only) freescale fman driver, so I did not remove
the IS_ERR_VALUE() there but changed the type to 'unsigned long'.
For 9pfs, I just worked around one user whose calling conventions
are so obscure that I did not dare change the behavior.
I was using this definition for testing:
#define IS_ERR_VALUE(x) ((unsigned long*)NULL == (typeof (x)*)NULL && \
unlikely((unsigned long long)(x) >= (unsigned long long)(typeof(x))-MAX_ERRNO))
which ends up making all 16-bit or wider types work correctly with
the most plausible interpretation of what IS_ERR_VALUE() was supposed
to return according to its users, but also causes a compile-time
warning for any users that do not pass an 'unsigned long' argument.
I suggested this approach earlier this year, but back then we ended
up deciding to just fix the users that are obviously broken. After
the initial warning that caused me to get involved in the discussion
(fs/gfs2/dir.c) showed up again in the mainline kernel, Linus
asked me to send the whole thing again.

The controller claims to support SDR104. In fact, it only supports a
degraded SDR104 since the maximum frequency of the SD clock is 120 MHz
instead of 208 MHz.
The sdhci core is unaware of it and will compute a wrong clock divider.
We can deal with this specific case by using presets.

Disabling the internal clock while configuring the SD card clock can
lead to internal clock stabilization issue and/or unexpected switch to
the base clock when using presets.
A quirk SDHCI_QUIRK2_NEED_DELAY_AFTER_INT_CLK_RST was introduced to fix
these bugs. The cause was assumed to be a too long internal
re-synchronisation but it seems in some cases the delay (even if longer)
doesn't fix this bug. The safest workaround is to not disable/enable the
internal clock during the SD card clock configuration.

It is impossible to wake-up on card detect event because when sdhci
controller is runtime suspended, it is assumed that all clocks are
disabled so we can't get irqs.
If the device is removable and there is no gpio to manage the card
detection then polling is used. It doesn't mean card detection is broken.
It is curently we only way to wake-up on card event if using runtime pm.
