To enable/disable ASPM we should find LINK CONTROL register
in PCI config space. All old chip use 0x80 address, but new
chip may use another address, so we using pci_find_capability()
to get LINK CONTROL address.
rtsx_gops.c was removed, we consider to put some common operations
to this file, but the actual thing is, only a group of chips
are in common ops1, and another group of chips in common ops2,
it is hard to decide put which ops into generic ops file.

In one shot mode, sequencer automatically disables all enabled steps at
the end of each cycle. (both ADC steps and TSC steps) Hence these steps
need not be saved in reg_se_cache for clearing these steps at a later
stage.
Also, when ADC wakes up Sequencer should not be busy executing any of the
config steps except for the charge step. Previously charge step was 1 ADC
clock cycle and hence it was ignored.
TSC steps are always disabled at the end of each conversion cycle, hence
there is no need to explicitly disable TSC steps by writing 0 to REG_SE.

A card insertion happens after the lastest polling before reader is
suspended may never have a chance to be detected. Under current 1-HZ
polling interval setting in mmc_core, the worst case of such
undetectablility is about 1 second.
To further reduce the undetectability, detect card slot again in suspend
method and defer the autosuspend if the slot is loaded. The default 2
second autosuspend delay of USB subsystem should let the next polling
detects the card.

The driver is used only on Exynos based boards with DTS support.
After removal of board file support from max77686 and max77802 regulator
drivers, the MFD driver can be converted to DTS-only version. This
simplifies a little the code:
1. No dead (unused) entries in platform_data structure.
2. More code removed.
3. Regulator driver does not depend on allocated memory
from MFD driver.
4. It makes also easier extending the regulator driver.
Add to the max77686 MFD driver dependency on CONFIG_OF because without
DTS the regulator drivers (max77686 and max77802) won't bind.

Without suspend/resume functionality in the USB driver the USB core
will disconnect and reconnect the DLN2 port and because the GPIO
framework does not yet support removal of an in-use controller a
suspend/resume operation will result in a crash.
This patch provides suspend and resume functions for the DLN2 driver
so that the above scenario is avoided, if the host controller does not
drop VBUS during suspend, since in this case the device state is
preserved.
We chose not implemented reset_resume so that if the host controller
does drop VBUS the resume path will go through above the
disconnect/reconnect process since it is probably better to fix the
GPIO framework disconnect issue then to save and restore the device
state for every driver.

sd_set_power_mode() in derived module drivers/mmc/host/rtsx_usb_sdmmc.c
acquires dev_mutex and then calls pm_runtime_get_sync() to make sure the
device is awake while initializing a newly inserted card. Once it is
called during suspending state and explicitly before rtsx_usb_suspend()
acquires the same dev_mutex, both routine deadlock and further hang the
driver because pm_runtime_get_sync() waits the pending PM operations.
Fix this by using an empty suspend method. mmc_core always turns the
LED off after a request is done and thus it is ok to remove the only
rtsx_usb_turn_off_led() here.

STATUS register can be modified by the HW, so we
should bypass cache because of that.
In the case of INT[12] registers, they are the ones
that actually clear the IRQ source at the time they
are read. If we rely on the cache for them, we will
never be able to clear the interrupt, which will cause
our IRQ line to be disabled due to IRQ throttling.
