The driver misses calling v4l2_ctrl_handler_free and
v4l2_device_unregister in remove like what is done in probe failure.
Add the calls to fix it.

If a process is interrupted while accessing the radio device and the
core lock is contended, release() could return early and fail to update
the interrupt mask.
Note that the return value of the v4l2 release file operation is
ignored.

On 32-bits archs, a signed integer has 31 bits plus on extra
bit for signal. Due to that, touching the 32th bit with something
like:
int bar = 1 << 31;
has an undefined behavior in C on 32 bit architectures, as it
touches the signal bit. This is warned by cppcheck.
Instead, force the numbers to be unsigned, in order to solve this
issue.

There are lots of places where we're doing 1 << 31. That's bad,
as, depending on the architecture, this has an undefined behavior.
The BIT() macro is already prepared to handle this, so, let's
just switch all "1 << number" macros by BIT(number) at the header files
with has 1 << 31.

In the probe() function radio->int_in_urb was not killed if an
error occurred in the probe sequence. It was also missing in
the disconnect.
This caused this syzbot issue:

b8a1a4cd5a98 ("i2c: Provide a temporary .probe_new() call-back type").
This driver does not utilise the i2c_device_id table in the probe, so we can
easily convert it to utilise the simplified i2c driver registration.

Change devm_k*alloc to k*alloc to manually allocate memory
The manual allocation and freeing of memory is necessary because when
the USB radio is disconnected, the memory associated with devm_k*alloc
is freed. Meaning if we still have unresolved references to the radio
device, then we get use-after-free errors.
This patch fixes this by manually allocating memory, and freeing it in
the v4l2.release callback that gets called when the last radio device
exits.

Instead of filling in the struct v4l2_capability device_caps
field, fill in the struct video_device device_caps field.
That way the V4L2 core knows what the capabilities of the
video device are.
But this only really works if all drivers use this, so convert
all radio drivers in this patch.

'default n' is the default value for any bool or tristate Kconfig
setting so there is no need to write it explicitly.
Also since commit f467c5640c29 ("kconfig: only write '# CONFIG_FOO
is not set' for visible symbols") the Kconfig behavior is the same
regardless of 'default n' being present or not:
...
One side effect of (and the main motivation for) this change is making
the following two definitions behave exactly the same:
config FOO
bool
config FOO
bool
default n
With this change, neither of these will generate a
'# CONFIG_FOO is not set' line (assuming FOO isn't selected/implied).
That might make it clearer to people that a bare 'default n' is
redundant.

The strncpy() function is being deprecated upstream. Replace
it by the safer strscpy().
While here, replace a few occurences of strlcpy() that were
recently added to also use strscpy().

Smatch marks skb->data as untrusted so it warns that "evt_hdr->dlen"
can copy up to 255 bytes and we only have room for two bytes. Even
if this comes from the firmware and we trust it, the new policy
generally is just to fix it as kernel hardenning.
I can't test this code so I tried to be very conservative. I considered
not allowing "evt_hdr->dlen == 1" because it doesn't initialize the
whole variable but in the end I decided to allow it and manually
initialized "asic_id" and "asic_ver" to zero.

All poll handlers should return a poll flag, and not error codes. So,
instead of returning an error, do the right thing here,
e. g. to return EPOLERR on errors, just like the V4L2 VB2 code.
Solves the following sparse warning:

Several radio devices only build on i386, because they depend
on ISA. Allow them to build on other archs by adding a
COMPILE_TEST check.

From now on, I'll start using my @kernel.org as my development e-mail.
As such, let's remove the entries that point to the old
mchehab@s-opensource.com at MAINTAINERS file.
For the files written with a copyright with mchehab@s-opensource,
let's keep Samsung on their names, using mchehab+samsung@kernel.org,
in order to keep pointing to my employer, with sponsors the work.
For the files written before I join Samsung (on July, 4 2013),
let's just use mchehab@kernel.org.
For bug reports, we can simply point to just kernel.org, as
this will reach my mchehab+samsung inbox anyway.

All sound drivers that don't depend on PNP can be safelly
build with COMPILE_TEST, as ISA provides function stubs to
be used for such purposes.
As a side effect, with this change, the radio-miropcm20
can now be built outside i386 with COMPILE_TEST.
It should be noticed that ISAPNP currently depends on ISA.
So, on drivers that depend on it, we need to add an
explicit dependency on ISA, at least until another patch
removes it.

Currently, either USB or I2C is built. Change it to allow
having both enabled at the same time.
The main reason is that COMPILE_TEST all[yes/mod]builds will
now contain all drivers under drivers/media.

Fixed si470x_start() disabling the interrupt signal, causing tune
operations to never complete. This does not affect USB radios
because they poll the registers instead of using the IRQ line.

Added the call to v4l2_device_register() required to add a new radio device.
Without this patch, it is impossible for the driver to load. This does not
affect USB devices.

Fixed si470x_set_channel() trying to tune before chip is turned
on, which causes warnings in dmesg and when probing, makes driver
wait for 3s for tuning timeout. This issue did not affect USB
devices because they have a different probing sequence.
