The functions that add an async subdev to an async subdev notifier take
as an argument the size of the container structure they need to
allocate. This is error prone, as passing an invalid size will not be
caught by the compiler. Wrap those functions in macros that take a
container type instead of a size, and cast the returned pointer to the
desired type. The compiler will catch mistakes if the incorrect type is
passed to the macro, as the assignment types won't match.

Change v4l2_async_notifier_add_fwnode_remote_subdev semantics
so it allocates the struct v4l2_async_subdev pointer.
This makes the API consistent: the v4l2-async subdevice addition
functions have now a unified usage model. This model is simpler,
as it makes v4l2-async responsible for the allocation and release
of the subdevice descriptor, and no longer something the driver
has to worry about.
On the user side, the change makes the API simpler for the drivers
to use and less error-prone.

Use v4l2_subdev_get_fwnode_pad_1_to_1() as the get_fwnode_pad operation.
The video mux maps fwnode port numbers and pad indexes 1:1.

Instead of using the convenience function
v4l2_async_register_fwnode_subdev(), parse the video-mux input endpoints
and set up the async sub-devices without using callbacks. The video-mux
knows which ports it must parse (the input ports) and how to handle
unconnected remotes, so it makes the code simpler to transfer control
of endpoint parsing to the driver.

Parse neighbor remote devices on the video muxes input ports, add them to a
subdev notifier, and register the subdev notifier for the video mux, by
calling v4l2_async_register_fwnode_subdev().

This driver can handle SoC internal and external video bus multiplexers,
controlled by mux controllers provided by the mux controller framework,
such as MMIO register bitfields or GPIOs. The subdevice passes through
the mbus configuration of the active input to the output side.
Since the mux framework is not yet merged, this driver contains
temporary mmio-mux support to work without the framework. The driver
should be converted to use the multiplexer API once the "mux: minimal
mux subsystem" and "mux: mmio-based syscon mux controller" patches are
merged.
