As we're now using SPDX identifiers, on the several
media drivers I wrote, add the proper SPDX, identifying
the license I meant.
As we're now using the short license, it doesn't make sense to
keep the original license text.
Also, fix MODULE_LICENSE to properly identify GPL v2.

This patch implements i2c_board_info.platform_data, and some options to
override the default initialization table for the GM7113C and SAA7113
chips.

saa711x_set_v4lstd would toggle several bits that should not be touched
when changing std. This patch fixes this.
