The driver core ignores the return value of the remove callback, so
don't give isa drivers the chance to provide a value.
Adapt all isa_drivers with a remove callbacks accordingly; they all
return 0 unconditionally anyhow.

module_param(bool) used to counter-intuitively take an int. In
fddd5201 (mid-2009) we allowed bool or int/unsigned int using a messy
trick.
It's time to remove the int/unsigned int option. For this version
it'll simply give a warning, but it'll break next kernel version.

Having module device table based on PNP id produces the following warning:

This happens because it is not a PNP driver, bit rather ISA driver and
pnp_ids table is not used anywhere. To fix this issue let's switch to
DMI-based module table instead,
