Pull documentation updates from Jonathan Corbet:
"It's a somewhat calmer cycle for docs this time, as the churn of the
mass RST conversion is happily mostly behind us.
- A new document on reproducible builds.
- We finally got around to zapping the documentation for hardware
support that was removed in 2004; one doesn't want to rush these
things.
- The usual assortment of fixes, typo corrections, etc"

Move from i2c_new_dummy() to i2c_new_dummy_device(), so we now get an
ERRPTR which we use in error handling.

There is no reason to replace one error code with another,
and returning -1 as error code is wrong anyway.
Smatch log:

from i2c_smbus_read_word_swapped() instead of (-1)?

Many hwmon drivers use jiffies but omit the inclusion of the header
file. Fix that, and also fix one driver which was including the header
file but didn't need it.
