Clock Generation Unit(CGU) is a new clock controller IP of a forthcoming Intel network processor SoC named Lightning Mountain(LGM). It provides programming interfaces to control & configure all CPU & peripheral clocks. Add common clock framework based clock controller driver for CGU.
