2007-07-31[SPARC]: Fix exec failures on sun4c.Mark Fortescue
This deals with a sun4c issue caused by commit b6a2fea39318e43fee84fa7b0b90d68bed92d2ba: mm: variable length argument support. The new way the code works means that sun4c_update_mmu_cache gets called before a context has been selected, which results in invalid operation of the underling mm code. Fix the problem that interrupts are not initialized correctly at PCI hotplug or driver reloading time. By vector domain change, the iosapic_rte_info structure was changed to be on the iosapic_intr_info[irq].rtes list even after the interrupts are unregistered. So iosapic_intr_info[irq].rtes list must not be checked to see if there are registered interrupts (RTEs) on the irq. We must check iosapic_intr_info[irq].count counter instead. 2007-07-30[SPARC64]: Fix conflicts in SBUS/PCI/EBUS/ISA DMA handling.David S. Miller
Fully unify all of the DMA ops so that subordinate bus types to the DMA operation providers (such as ebus, isa, of_device) can work transparently. Basically, we just make sure that for every system device we create, the dev->archdata 'iommu' and 'stc' fields are filled in. Then we have two platform variants of the DMA ops, one for SUN4U which actually programs the real hardware, and one for SUN4V which makes hypervisor calls.
