static_key_slow_[inc|dec]()
So here's a boot tested patch on top of Jason's series that does
all the cleanups I talked about and turns jump labels into a
more intuitive to use facility. It should also address the
various misconceptions and confusions that surround jump labels.
Typical usage scenarios:

if (static_key_true(&key))

The static key is modified via:
static_key_slow_inc(&key);
...
static_key_slow_dec(&key);
The 'slow' prefix makes it abundantly clear that this is an
expensive operation.
I've updated all in-kernel code to use this everywhere. Note
that I (intentionally) have not pushed through the rename
blindly through to the lowest levels: the actual jump-label
patching arch facility should be named like that, so we want to
decouple jump labels from the static-key facility a bit.
On non-jump-label enabled architectures static keys default to
likely()/unlikely() branches.

The tracepoint is only used to audit mmu code, it should not be exposed to
user, let us replace it with jump-label.

The use of printk_ratelimit is discouraged, replace it with
pr*_ratelimited or __ratelimit. While at it, convert remaining
guest-triggerable printks to rate-limited variants.

The idea is from Avi:
| Maybe it's time to kill off bypass_guest_pf=1. It's not as effective as
| it used to be, since unsync pages always use shadow_trap_nonpresent_pte,
| and since we convert between the two nonpresent_ptes during sync and unsync.

It only allows to audit one guest in the system since:
- 'audit_point' is a glob variable
- mmu_audit_disable() is called in kvm_mmu_destroy(), so audit is disabled
after a guest exited
this patch fix those issues then allow to audit more guests at the same time

After nested nested paging, it may using long mode to shadow 32/PAE paging
guest, so this patch fix it

Both audit_mappings() and audit_sptes_have_rmaps() need to walk vcpu's page
table, so we can do these checking in a spte walking
