Otherwise Kconfig will produce a nonsenical .config for a kernel that is
neither 32-bit nor 64-bit.

Make ZBus tracing generic - moving it to a common direcotry under
arch/mips/sibyte, add bcm1480 support and fix some wait related
bugs (thanks to Ralf for assistance on that).

Expand SB1 cache error handling by adding SB1_CEX_ALWAYS_FATAL and
SB1_CEX_STALL, allowing configurable behavior on cache errors.
