A couple of patches have come up recently to remove particular instances
of obsolete Kconfig symbols from defconfigs. Rather than doing this
piecemeal, simply regenerate them all.

Enable CONFIG_SOC_BRCMSTB in bmips_stb_defconfig. CONFIG_BRCMSTB_PM is
also enabled by default option in Kconfig.

Also, add an LE defconfig for set-top box (BCM7xxx). This will allow the
BMIPS kernel to run on several non-BCM3384 platforms.
