2016-05-13MIPS: BCM47xx: Move SPROM driver to drivers/firmware/Rafał Miłecki
Broadcom ARM home routers store SPROM content in NVRAM just like MIPS ones. To share SPROM code we need to move it out of arch/mips/ to some common place. We already have bcm47xx_nvram in firmware path and SPROM should fit there as well. This driver is responsible for parsing SoC configuration data into a struct shared between ssb and bcma buses. This was tested with BCM4706 & BCM5357C0 (BCM47XX) and BCM4708A0 (ARCH_BCM_5301X). 2014-11-24MIPS: BCM47XX: Initialize bcma bus later (with mm available)Rafał Miłecki
Initializaion with memory allocator available will be much simpler, this will allow cleanup in the bcma code. 2014-11-24MIPS: BCM47XX: Move SPROM fallback code into sprom.cRafał Miłecki
This is some general cleanup as well as preparing sprom.c to become a standalone driver. We will need this for bcm53xx ARM arch support. 2014-07-30MIPS: BCM47XX: Detect more then 128 MiB of RAM (HIGHMEM)Rafał Miłecki
So far BCM47XX can only detect amount of HIGHMEM. It still requires adding (registering) and well-testing before enabling by default. 2014-01-24MIPS: BCM47XX: Prepare support for GPIO buttonsRafał Miłecki
So far this adds support for one Netgear model only, but it's designed and ready to add many more device. We could hopefully import database from OpenWrt. Support for SSB is currently disabled, because SSB doesn't implement IRQ domain yet. 2014-01-24MIPS: BCM47XX: Prepare support for LEDsRafał Miłecki
So far this is mostly just a proof of concept, database consists of a single device. Creating a nice iterateable array wasn't an option because devices have different amount of LEDs. And we don't want to waste memory just because of support for a device with dozens on LEDs.
