The microblaze idle loop provides a polling and a non polling version,
which are suprisingly both polling, just with slightly different
instrumentation. Remove them and use the generic poller.

enable/disable_hlt() does not need to be exported and can be killed on
architectures which do not use it at all.

Historical prepare_to_copy() is mostly a no-op, duplicated for majority of
the architectures and the rest following the x86 model of flushing the extended
register state like fpu there.
Remove it and use the arch_dup_task_struct() instead.

ret_from_fork is used by noMMU system too.
It should be the part of patch
"Disintegrate asm/system.h for Microblaze"

r0_ram pool was used for saving/restoring register
content if hw exception happen. This poll was replaced by
pt_pool_space with PT_SIZE size.
Based on this change SAVE_STATE_ARG_SPACE was removed which
caused that PTO offset is zero that's why is also removed.
r0_ram space was used as scratchpad by v850. In early
Microblaze Linux developing phase was this part of code
blindly copied.
