2010-12-10usb: musb: trivial search and replace patchFelipe Balbi
change all ocurrences of musb_hdrc to musb-hdrc. We will call glue layer drivers musb-<glue layer>, so in order to keep things somewhat standard, let's change the underscore into a dash. Signed-off-by: Felipe Balbi <balbi@ti.com>
2010-12-01usb: musb: add names for IRQs in structure resourceHema Kalliguddi
Soon resource data will get automatically populated from a set of autogenerated data from TI's hardware database for the OMAP platform. Such database, might not have resources at the expected order by the current drivers. While we could hack in some exceptions to that tool to generate resources in a specific order, it seems less fragile to use the resource name instead. That way, no matter what order the resources are generated, the driver still work. Modified the OMAP, Blackfin and Davinci architecture files to add the name of the IRQs in the resource structures and musb driver to use the platform_get_irq_byname() api to get the device and dma irq numbers instead of using the index. 2010-10-22Blackfin: bf548-ezkit: increase u-boot partition sizeMike Frysinger
The BF54x processor has a ton of on-chip peripherals and in order to support them all, the u-boot image is quite large. So give it 512KiB in all bootable flashes to make our lives easier. Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>
2010-10-22Blackfin: boards: add example i2c resources for ad525x devicessteven miao
Signed-off-by: steven miao <realmz6@gmail.com> Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>
2010-10-22Blackfin: boards: fix num_chipselect values for on-chip SPI busesMike Frysinger
The num_chipselect field for on-chip Blackfin SPI buses is supposed to be 1 larger than the number of actual CSs available. This is because the hardware starts counting at 1 and not 0. There is a field for "CS0", but it is marked as "reserved" everywhere. Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>
2010-10-22Blackfin: cm-bf548: add support for Socket CANMichael Hennerich
Add platform resources for the on-chip CAN peripheral so we can use it. Signed-off-by: Michael Hennerich <michael.hennerich@analog.com> Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>
2010-10-22Blackfin: boards: update AD183x resourcesBarry Song
Make sure we use the right Kconfig names and platform strings. Signed-off-by: Barry Song <barry.song@analog.com> Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>
2010-10-22Blackfin: punt short SPI MMR bit namesMike Frysinger
Now that the common header defines everything and the SPI drivers are using it, we can drop these duplicated global namespace polluters. Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>
2010-10-07Blackfin: Rename IRQ flags handling functionsDavid Howells
Rename h/w IRQ flags handling functions to be in line with what is expected for the irq renaming patch. This renames local_*_hw() to hard_local_*() using the following perl command: perl -pi -e 's/local_irq_(restore|enable|disable)_hw/hard_local_irq_\1/ or s/local_irq_save_hw([_a-z]*)[(]flags[)]/flags = hard_local_irq_save\1()/' `find arch/blackfin/ -name "*.[ch]"` and then fixing up asm/irqflags.h manually. Additionally, arch/hard_local_save_flags() and arch/hard_local_irq_save() both return the flags rather than passing it through the argument list. Signed-off-by: David Howells <dhowells@redhat.com>
2010-10-07Blackfin: Split PLL code from mach-specific cdef headersDavid Howells
Split the PLL control code from the Blackfin machine-specific cdef headers so that the irqflags functions can be renamed without incurring a header loop. Signed-off-by: David Howells <dhowells@redhat.com>
2010-08-27Blackfin: bf52x/bf54x boards: drop unused nand page sizeBarry Song
Now that the driver for the Blackfin on-chip NFC no longer uses/respects the page_size from the platform resources (figures out the needs on the fly), drop it from the platform resources. This fixes some build errors since the defines no longer exists. Signed-off-by: Barry Song <barry.song@analog.com> Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>
2010-08-27Blackfin: punt duplicate SPORT MMR definesMike Frysinger
The common bfin_sport.h header now has unified definitions of these, so stop polluting the global namespace. Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>

Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>
2010-08-06Blackfin: TWI: clean up the MMR namesMike Frysinger
The standard short name for control is CTL and not CTRL. Use TWI0_xxx even on parts that only have one TWI bus to keep things simple. Drop all the cdef helpers since the bus driver takes care of everything. Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>
2010-08-06Blackfin: gpio/portmux: clean up whitespace corruptionMike Frysinger
Random tabs instead of spaces, mixes of the two, and unicode spaces instead of ascii spaces. Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>
2010-08-06Blackfin: add a GPIO_DEFAULT_BOOT_SPI_CSMike Frysinger
This is parallel to the existing P_DEFAULT_BOOT_SPI_CS, but in terms of the GPIO value so it can be used with the normal gpio API. Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>
2010-08-06Blackfin: BF54x: add ifdef protection to gpio headerMike Frysinger
Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>

Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>
2010-08-06Blackfin: punt NFC MMR bitsMike Frysinger
Now that the NFC driver has its own defines, scrub the ones from the global namespace to avoid ugly collisions with common code. Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>
2010-05-21Blackfin: mark MUSB VRSEL as active high for appropriate boardsCliff Cai
These boards all have the GPIO VRSEL hooked up as an active high. Signed-off-by: Cliff Cai <cliff.cai@analog.com> Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>
2010-05-21Blackfin: punt duplicated CAN MMRsMike Frysinger

2010-03-09Blackfin: add UART/SPORT early platform resourcesSonic Zhang
This lets people easily select the UART/SPORT consoles for early printk while leveraging the pins declared in the boards file. Signed-off-by: Sonic Zhang <sonic.zhang@analog.com> Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>
2010-03-09Blackfin: move SPORT UART resources to boards filesSonic Zhang
Rather than keeping the pins in the actual driver and worrying about a mess of Kconfig options, declare all the desired pin resources in the boards file. This lets people easily select the specific pins/ports for the normal emulated UART as well as GPIOs for CTS/RTS. Signed-off-by: Sonic Zhang <sonic.zhang@analog.com> Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>

2009-12-15Blackfin: push BF5Xx configs down into mach-specific KconfigsMike Frysinger
While we're moving the BF54x code, have the BF54xM variants select the normal BF54x values so that the rest of the Kconfig tree doesn't need to check the BF54xM variant everytime it wants to check the BF54x. Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>
2009-12-15Blackfin: unify DMA masksMike Frysinger
Every Blackfin variant has the same DMA bit masks, so avoid duplicating them over and over in each mach header. Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>
2009-12-15Blackfin: fix typo in isp1760 platform nameMichael Hennerich
The driver changed from "isp1760-hcd" to "isp1760", so update resources to match. Signed-off-by: Michael Hennerich <michael.hennerich@analog.com> Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>

Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>
2009-12-15Blackfin: BF54x: punt useless "masks" for count/address MMRsMike Frysinger
There's no point in having mask defines when the entire MMR value is a count or address. i.e. applying a mask of -1 is pointless. Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>
2009-12-15Blackfin: punt unused MXVR masksMike Frysinger
There are no MXVR device drivers, and if someday there is, we can put these in a dedicated header rather than polluting the global namespace. Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>
2009-12-15Blackfin: punt OTP MMRsMike Frysinger
People should not be accessing OTP MMRs directly. They should instead go through the Blackfin ROM helper functions. Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>
2009-12-15Blackfin: scrub unused watchdog mmr masksMike Frysinger
The watchdog code doesn't need these, and the other parts had these punted, so keep the global namespace clean. Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>
2009-12-15Blackfin: scrub unused RTC masksMike Frysinger
The RTC driver code doesn't need these, and the other parts had these punted, so keep the global namespace clean. Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>
2009-12-15Blackfin: unify BF547/8/9 headersMike Frysinger
No point in duplicating entire lists when we can simply tail into other parts for most of the MMRs. Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>

Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>
2009-12-15Blackfin: rename BF542 host dma definesMike Frysinger
All the other BF54x parts had these defines renamed to avoid collision, but it looks the BF542 was missed somehow. Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>
2009-12-15Blackfin: update bfin_rotary definesMichael Hennerich
The driver was moved during the merge process, so update the defines to match the new location. Signed-off-by: Michael Hennerich <michael.hennerich@analog.com> Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>
