Remove the address space mapping between root and soc nodes to fix
DTC warnings in Exynos5433 and Exynos7 like:
arch/arm64/boot/dts/exynos/exynos5433-tm2.dtb:
Warning (unit_address_vs_reg): /soc: node has a reg or ranges property, but no unit name

The PMU node is the actual block responsible for power management,
including typical Exynos on/off/restart procedures. Therefore the
syscon poweroff and restart nodes logically belong to it.

This patch adds ARM Performance Monitor Unit dt node for exynos7.
PMU provides various statistics on the operation of the CPU and
memory system at runtime, which are very useful when debugging or
profiling code. This enables the same.

respective macros from header to increase code readability

Interrupt of type IRQ_TYPE_NONE is not allowed for GIC interrupts and
generates an error:
genirq: Setting trigger mode 0 for irq 16 failed (gic_set_type+0x0/0x68)
The GIC requires shared interrupts to be edge rising or level high.
Platform declares support for both. Arbitrarily choose level high
everywhere hoping it will work on each platform.

* dt/irq-fix:
arm64: dts: Fix broken architected timer interrupt trigger
This resolves a non-obvious conflict between a bugfix from
v4.8 and a cleanup for the exynos7 platform.
|
|
The ARM architected timer specification mandates that the interrupt
associated with each timer is level triggered (which corresponds to
the "counter >= comparator" condition).
A number of DTs are being remarkably creative, declaring the interrupt
to be edge triggered. A quick look at the TRM for the corresponding ARM
CPUs clearly shows that this is wrong, and I've corrected those.
For non-ARM designs (and in the absence of a publicly available TRM),
I've made them active low as well, which can't be completely wrong
as the GIC cannot disinguish between level low and level high.
The respective maintainers are of course welcome to prove me wrong.
While I was at it, I took the liberty to fix a couple of related issue,
such as some spurious affinity bits on ThunderX, and their complete
absence on ls1043a (both of which seem to be related to copy-pasting
from other DTs).
