Currently, the imgu running mode need user to set by v4l2 ctrl.
However, imgu only support 2 pipes and 2 operation modes - video and
still. This patch make the first imgu subdev running as video and second
one running as still, it will make the user understand easily, it can
also cover current camera use cases requirement. The running mode is set
during subdev registering, no race-condition after change, so it is safe
to change the mode data type to integer.

Add mean window size parameter for debayer filter as a control in
vimc-debayer.
vimc-debayer was patched to allow changing mean window parameter
of the filter without needing to reload the driver. The parameter
can now be set using a v4l2-ctl control(mean_window_size).

The i.MX6DL sabreauto has different numbering on the I2C bus and
I2C muxes compared to the i.MX6Q as shown in the kernel log below:
[ 5.159423] imx-media: ipu1_csi0_mux:5 -> ipu1_csi0:0
[ 5.164618] imx-media: ipu1_csi1_mux:5 -> ipu1_csi1:0
[ 5.169953] imx-media: adv7180 4-0021:0 -> ipu1_csi0_mux:4
To avoid confusion, add an entry that shows how to setup the links and
configure the pads that are specific to the i.MX6DL sabreauto.

Most tables there don't fit on 80 columns. Some are very big.
While those tables are actually generated via scripts, every
time a new board is added, the entire table could be reformatted.
>From the diffstat PoV, that's bad, as it is hard to see what
happened.
One such example is at changeset 4868f6e1fce6 ("media:
em28xx-cardlist.rst: update to reflect last changes"):
The USB ID for "Plextor ConvertX PX-AV100U" was added to card
number 9, with caused the entire table to be reformatted.

Lots of good stuff here, after many many many attempts, the kernel
finally has a working typeC interface, many thanks to Heikki and
Guenter and others who have taken the time to get this merged. It
wasn't an easy path for them at all.
There's also a staging driver that uses this new api, which is why
it's coming in through this tree.
Along with that, there's the usual huge number of changes for gadget
drivers, xhci, and other stuff. Johan also finally refactored pretty
much every driver that was looking at USB endpoints to do it in a
common way, which will help prevent any "badly-formed" devices from
causing problems in drivers. That too wasn't a simple task.
