The c6x architecture was added to the kernel in 2011 at a time when
running Linux on DSPs was widely seen as the logical evolution.
It appears the trend has gone back to running Linux on Arm based SoCs
with DSP, using a better supported software ecosystem, and having better
real-time behavior for the DSP code. An example of this is TI's own
Keystone2 platform.
The upstream kernel port appears to no longer have any users. Mark
Salter remained avaialable to review patches, but mentioned that
he no longer has access to working hardware himself. Without any
users, it's best to just remove the code completely to reduce the
work for cross-architecture code changes.
Many thanks to Mark for maintaining the code for the past ten years.

The NPCM750 Timer/Watchdog Controller has multiple interrupt lines,
connected to multiple timers. The driver uses timer 0 for timer
interrupts, so the interrupt line corresponding to timer 0 should be
specified in DT.
I removed the mention of "flags for falling edge", because the timer
controller uses high-level interrupts rather than falling-edge
interrupts, and whether flags should be specified is up the interrupt
controller's DT binding.

In cases where we don't reference another schema, 'additionalProperties'
can be used instead. This is preferred for now as 'unevaluatedProperties'
support isn't implemented yet.
In a few cases, this means adding some missing property definitions of
which most are for SPI bus properties. 'unevaluatedProperties' is not going
to work for the SPI bus properties anyways as they are evaluated from the
parent node, not the SPI child node.

This converts the DT binding documentation for the ARM SP-804 timer IP
over to json-schema.
Most properties are just carried over, the clocks property requirement
(either one or three clocks) is now formalised and enforced.
As the former binding didn't specify clock-names, and there is no
common name used by the existing DTs, I refrained from adding them in
detail (just allowing the property).
The requirement for the APB clock is enforced by the primecell binding
already.

json-schema versions draft7 and earlier have a weird behavior in that
any keywords combined with a '$ref' are ignored (silently). The correct
form was to put a '$ref' under an 'allOf'. This behavior is now changed
in the 2019-09 json-schema spec and '$ref' can be mixed with other
keywords. The json-schema library doesn't yet support this, but the
tooling now does a fixup for this and either way works.
This has been a constant source of review comments, so let's change this
treewide so everyone copies the simpler syntax.

Setting 'additionalProperties: false' is frequently omitted, but is
important in order to check that there aren't extra undocumented
properties in a binding.
Ideally, we'd just add this automatically and make this the default, but
there's some cases where it doesn't work. For example, if a common
schema is referenced, then properties in the common schema aren't part
of what's considered for 'additionalProperties'. Also, sometimes there
are bus specific properties such as 'spi-max-frequency' that go into
bus child nodes, but aren't defined in the child node's schema.
So let's stick with the json-schema defined default and add
'additionalProperties: false' where needed. This will be a continual
review comment and game of wack-a-mole.

Pull timekeeping and timer updates from Thomas Gleixner:
"Core:
- Consolidation of the vDSO build infrastructure to address the
difficulties of cross-builds for ARM64 compat vDSO libraries by
restricting the exposure of header content to the vDSO build.
This is achieved by splitting out header content into separate
headers. which contain only the minimaly required information which
is necessary to build the vDSO. These new headers are included from
the kernel headers and the vDSO specific files.
- Enhancements to the generic vDSO library allowing more fine grained
control over the compiled in code, further reducing architecture
specific storage and preparing for adopting the generic library by
PPC.
- Cleanup and consolidation of the exit related code in posix CPU
timers.
- Small cleanups and enhancements here and there
Drivers:
- The obligatory new drivers: Ingenic JZ47xx and X1000 TCU support
- Correct the clock rate of PIT64b global clock
