Another round of 'allOf' removals that came in this cycle.
json-schema versions draft7 and earlier have a weird behavior in that
any keywords combined with a '$ref' are ignored (silently). The correct
form was to put a '$ref' under an 'allOf'. This behavior is now changed
in the 2019-09 json-schema spec and '$ref' can be mixed with other
keywords. The json-schema library doesn't yet support this, but the
tooling now does a fixup for this and either way works.
This has been a constant source of review comments, so let's change this
treewide so everyone copies the simpler syntax.

Setting 'additionalProperties: false' is frequently omitted, but is
important in order to check that there aren't extra undocumented
properties in a binding.
Ideally, we'd just add this automatically and make this the default, but
there's some cases where it doesn't work. For example, if a common
schema is referenced, then properties in the common schema aren't part
of what's considered for 'additionalProperties'. Also, sometimes there
are bus specific properties such as 'spi-max-frequency' that go into
bus child nodes, but aren't defined in the child node's schema.
So let's stick with the json-schema defined default and add
'additionalProperties: false' where needed. This will be a continual
review comment and game of wack-a-mole.

Qualcomm SoCs (starting with MSM8998) allow for multiple protection
domains (PDs) to run on the same Q6 sub-system. This allows for
services like AVS AUDIO to have their own separate address space and
crash/recover without disrupting the other PDs running on the same Q6
ADSP. Add "qcom,protection-domain" bindings to capture the dependencies
between the APR service and the PD on which the apr service runs.

The reg property represents the address and size on the bus that a
device lives, but for APR the parent is a rpmsg bus, which does not have
numerical addresses. Simply defining #address/#size-cells to 1 and 0,
respectively, to silence the compiler is not an appropriate solution.
Replace the use of "reg" with an APR specific property.

Reading table 4-30, and its footnotes, of the QUICC Engine Block
Reference Manual shows that the set of snum _values_ is not
necessarily just a function of the _number_ of snums, as given in the
fsl,qe-num-snums property.
As an alternative, to make it easier to add support for other variants
of the QUICC engine IP, this introduces a new binding fsl,qe-snums,
which automatically encodes both the number of snums and the actual
values to use.

The canvas IP on Meson8, Meson8b and Meson8m2 is similar to the one
found on GXBB and newer. The only known difference is that the older
SoCs cannot configure the "endianness".
Add a compatible string for each of the older SoCs to make sure we won't
be using unsupported features on these SoCs.

into arm/drivers
This pull request contains Broadcom ARM/ARM64/MIPS based SoCs changes
for 5.1, please pull the following:
- Stefan updates the BCM2835 SoC driver with downstream properties and
uses that to implement a reboot notifier to tell the VC4 firmware when
Linux on the ARM CPU is rebooting
- Eric adds a proper power domain driver for the BCM283x SoCs and
updates a bunch of drivers to have a better and clearer Device Tree
definition to support power domains/breaking up of functionality. This
requires converting the existing watchdog driver into a MFD and then
breaking up the functionality into separate drivers and finally
updating the DTS files to leverage the power domains information.
- Wei provides a fix for making a symbol static
