2017-12-06dt-bindings: Remove leading 0x from bindings notationMathieu Malaterre
Improve the binding example by removing all the leading 0x to fix the following dtc warnings: Warning (unit_address_format): Node /XXX unit name should not have leading "0x" Converted using the following command: find Documentation/devicetree/bindings -name "*.txt" -exec sed -i -e 's/([^ ])\@0x([0-9a-f])/$1\@$2/g' {} + This is a follow up to commit 48c926cd3414 Signed-off-by: Mathieu Malaterre <malat@debian.org> Signed-off-by: Rob Herring <robh@kernel.org>
2017-09-05dt-bindings: Remove "status" from examplesRob Herring
Pretty much any node can have a status property, so it doesn't need to be in examples. Converted with the following command and removed examples with SoC and board specific splits: git grep -l -E 'status.*=.*' Documentation/devicetree/ | xargs sed -i -E '/\sstatus.*=.*"(disabled|ok|okay)/d' Acked-by: Mark Rutland <mark.rutland@arm.com> Signed-off-by: Rob Herring <robh@kernel.org>
2016-07-10net: ethernet: Add TSE PCS support to dwmac-socfpgaTien Hock Loh
This adds support for TSE PCS that uses SGMII adapter when the phy-mode of the dwmac is set to sgmii. Signed-off-by: Tien Hock Loh <thloh@altera.com> Acked-by: Rob Herring <robh@kernel.org> Signed-off-by: David S. Miller <davem@davemloft.net>
2015-12-15stmmac: socfpga: Provide dt node to config ptp clk source.Phil Reid
Provides an options to use the ptp clock routed from the Altera FPGA fabric. Instead of the defalt eosc1 clock connected to the ARM HPS core. This setting affects all emacs in the core as the ptp clock is common. 2014-08-22net: stmmac: add fix_mac_speed support for socfpgaLey Foon Tan
This patch adds fix_mac_speed() support for Altera socfpga Ethernet controller. Emac splitter is a soft IP core in FPGA system that converts GMII interface from Synopsys mac to RGMII/SGMII interface. This splitter core is an optional IP if user would like to use RGMII/SGMII interface in their system. Software needs to update a register in splitter core when there is speed change. 2014-04-23dt: Fix binding typos in clock-names and interrupt-namesGeert Uytterhoeven
s/interrupts-names/interrupt-names/g s/clocks-names/clock-names/g Some of the binding files and device tree files get this wrong and the kernel won't be able to pick it up. Fix them up now so that they don't get widely used. 2014-03-29dts: socfpga: Add DTS entry for adding the stmmac glue layer for stmmac.Dinh Nguyen
This patch adds the dts bindings documenation for the Altera SOCFPGA glue layer for the Synopsys STMMAC ethernet driver. Signed-off-by: Dinh Nguyen <dinguyen@altera.com> Signed-off-by: Arnd Bergmann <arnd@arndb.de>
