As discussed on the media summit 2013, there is no reason for the width
and height to be signed.
Therefore this patch is an attempt to convert those fields from __s32 to
__u32.

There are already video output drivers that allow STREAMON without
any buffers queued, and with the change in vb2 there are now more
drivers like that.
So saying "The ioctl will succeed only when at least one output
buffer is in the incoming queue." isn't true. Just drop the word
'only'. We cannot say that it will also work if no output buffers are
queued as long as not all drivers are converted to vb2.

Currently it is not possible for userspace to map a DMABUF exported buffer
with write permissions. This patch allows to also pass O_RDONLY/O_RDWR when
exporting the buffer, so that userspace may map it with write permissions.

The sample code erroneously scales the y1, pb and pr variables from the
[0.0 .. 1.0] and [-0.5 .. 0.5] ranges to [0 .. 255] and [-128 .. 127].
Fix it.

NV16M and NV61M are planar YCbCr 4:2:2 and YCrCb 4:2:2 formats with a
luma plane followed by an interleaved chroma plane. The planes are not
required to be contiguous in memory, and the formats can only be used
with the multi-planar formats API.

0x2014, while the v4l2-mediabus.h header defines it as 0x2016. Fix the

The Codec section in the V4L2 specification was marked as 'suspended', even
though codec support has been around for quite some time. Update this
section, explaining a bit about memory-to-memory devices and pointing to
the MPEG controls section.

After using the new VIDIOC_DBG_G_CHIP_NAME ioctl I realized that the matching
by name possibility is useless. Just drop it and rename MATCH_SUBDEV_IDX to
just MATCH_SUBDEV.
The v4l2-dbg utility is much better placed to match by name by just enumerating
all bridge and subdev devices until chip_name.name matches.

Only enable this ioctl if the VIDEO_ADV_DEBUG config option is set. This
prevents abuse from both userspace and kernelspace (some bridge drivers
abuse DBG_G_CHIP_IDENT, lets prevent that from happening again with this
ioctl).

A lot of SOCs including Texas Instruments Davinci family mainly use
video decoders as input devices. This patch adds a flag
'MEDIA_ENT_T_V4L2_SUBDEV_DECODER' media entity type for decoder's.
Along side updates the documentation for this media entity type.

Define video buffer flag for the COPY timestamp. In this case the timestamp

The documentation suggested that if the control value is wrong only
ERANGE can be returned. But in some cases (an invalid menu index)
EINVAL can also be returned. Clarify this.

The struct v4l2_capability card field stores the device name. That name
can be hardcoded in drivers, or be retrieved directly from the device.
The later is very common with USB devices. As several devices already
report names that include non-ASCII characters, update the field
description to use UTF-8.
