staging: lustre: lnet: dead code - remove LNetSetAsync
LNetSetAsync() returns 0, and is never called. Doesn't exist in the Intel tree, either. Remove it. Signed-off-by: Mike Shuey <shuey@purdue.edu> Signed-off-by: Greg Kroah-Hartman <gregkh@linuxfoundation.org>
